We understand that plans change! Because we reserve exclusive time slots to ensure your pets receive dedicated, personalized care—often turning down other families in the process—we enforce the following cancellation policies:
Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits: Please notify us by 5:00 PM the night before your scheduled service to cancel without penalty. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the full service fee.
Overnight & Vacation Care: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before service will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Holiday Bookings: Due to exceptionally high demand, cancellations for reservations over major holiday periods require at least 14 days' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a holiday booking are 100% non-refundable.
Booking & Payment Policy: To secure your booking, 50% of the total payment is due upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.
Please note: No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for early returns or trips cut short once service has commenced.
